Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you (the "User") and JianYundong — Running Training Load Tracker (bundle ID cn.jianyundong.app, the "App") regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing or using the App you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it.

1. What the App provides

The App is a local-first running and training tracker. It provides:

• Recording of GPS route, distance, pace, duration and heart rate (iPhone and Apple Watch);
• Calculation and trend display of training load metrics (CTL long-term load, ATL short-term load, TSB form);
• Training plans, a metronome (three styles: plain metronome, improvised groove, cadence groove) and per-kilometre audio cues;
• Jump rope counting (an estimate based on the device motion sensors, on both iPhone and Apple Watch);
• Reading from and writing to the system Health app;
• Local storage of workout records and export as GPX / TCX / CSV.

2. What is free and what membership adds

Basic recording, history, all three beat styles and full data export are free permanently and do not change depending on whether you subscribe. A subscription only unlocks advanced capabilities (extra share-card templates, per-split pace colouring and the elevation profile, tracking multiple pairs of shoes, custom training plans, no watermark, unlimited metronome sessions at any cadence, following measured cadence, automatic tempo changes that follow your plan, advanced audio cues and so on). The subscription screen inside the App carries the complete free / member comparison.

3. Membership plans, prices and auto-renewal

3.1 Auto-renewable subscriptions

Membership comes as an auto-renewable subscription in three lengths, plus a one-time purchase (see 3.2). All options carry exactly the same benefits; only the period and the unit price differ:

3.2 One-time purchase: JianYundong Pro – Lifetime

Alongside the subscriptions there is a one-time purchase: $24.99, valid forever once bought (roughly 2.5 years of the annual price). It is not an auto-renewable subscription:

• It is charged once, and after purchase no further charge is ever made;
• It never renews, so there is no "next renewal date" and it does not appear in the subscription list under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel, and no way to cancel it;
• It offers no free trial and takes no part in upgrades or downgrades within the subscription group;
• Its benefits are identical to the subscriptions. If you hold both, the subscription keeps running on its own period and you decide whether to cancel it.

4. Free trial

JianYundong Pro – Yearly includes a 7-day free trial, which starts as soon as the purchase is confirmed:

• Cancelling during the trial costs nothing;
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to $9.99 per year and is charged automatically;
• If you buy a subscription while the free trial is running, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited;
• Each Apple ID may use a trial once per subscription group, as determined by Apple;
• JianYundong Pro – Lifetime offers no free trial.

5. Restoring purchases and refunds

• Restore: after switching devices or reinstalling, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases in the App to restore what you own (both subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase). The system verifies it against your Apple account.
• Refunds: all subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple and refunds are subject to Apple’s review. Apply at reportaproblem.apple.com, or start from Settings → Subscription → Request Refund in the App. If Apple declines, contact the support address and we will credit the equivalent membership time for the unused days.
• Deleting the App does not end a subscription — you still need to cancel as described in section 3.

6. Data ownership and storage

Your workout data belongs to you. It is stored on your own device by default; we run no server and never upload your records. You can export your data as GPX / TCX / CSV from inside the App at any time and keep it yourself. Deleting the App removes the local data on the device, so export a backup first. 7. Acceptable use

When using the App you agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify the App or build derivative versions of it;
• use the App for anything unlawful, or fabricate workout data for false promotion, race cheating or similar improper purposes;
• interfere with the normal operation of the App or get around any of its limits.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for: distance or route deviations caused by device positioning error; differences between the estimated jump rope count and the real number of jumps; data that goes unrecorded because of a device fault, a system limitation or a permission you did not grant; or renewal charges that arise because you did not follow section 3. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the subscription amount you actually paid.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes do not affect subscription benefits you bought before the change and that are still in force.

These terms are made under the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Subscription matters are also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions between you and Apple.
