JianYundong is a local-first running companion. It turns every run into training load you can actually read, so the choice between "push today" and "take the rest day" is based on something better than how you feel at 6 a.m.
What it does
Run tracking
GPS route, distance, pace, duration and heart rate — on iPhone and on Apple Watch.
Training load
Three curves — CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue) and TSB (form) — put the long-term trend in front of you at a glance.
Training plans
Goal-based plan templates you follow week by week, so progress is deliberate instead of accidental.
Metronome & groove
Three styles: plain metronome, improvised groove and cadence groove. Tune the pattern, hi-hat density, swing and intensity; members can also let the beat follow your live cadence. Every sound is synthesised on your device. The app plays no music of its own — it is not a music library, it simply layers its beats over whatever you are already listening to.
Audio cues
Pace, heart rate and distance announced every kilometre, so you can keep your eyes on the road.
Jump rope
Indoor days count too: the sensor counts your jumps automatically in free / timed / target modes, and you can correct the total on the summary screen.
Live Activity
Pace, distance, elapsed time and target cadence stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — no need to unlock your phone. When location pauses, the figures stop and are marked “GPS paused”; the missing distance is never filled in.
Apple Watch
Leave the phone at home. Start, run and finish a whole session on the watch; it syncs when you are back near your phone. Jump rope works there too.
Share cards
Turn a session into a card worth posting. Several templates, optional watermarked photo, one tap to share.
Achievements & shoes
40 achievement badges mark your milestones, and shoe mileage accumulates on its own so you know when a pair is done.
Data freedom
Export everything as GPX, TCX or CSV whenever you like, and import your history from Apple Health or another app. Free, permanently.
Three promises
No ads
No ads and no ad SDKs anywhere in the app. You open it and it is just the tool.
Your data is yours
Full export is free forever. Take your records with you and back them up however you want.
Transparent pricing
Price, period, renewal date and how to cancel are all shown together. No hidden clauses, cancel whenever.
Plans
Basic tracking, load analysis, the classic metronome and the Easy Run / Aerobic Run plan templates stay available for the long run. Membership unlocks the rest: Dynamic Groove, Cadence Groove, the other plan templates, unlimited sessions and any cadence, a beat that follows your measured cadence, automatic tempo changes that follow your plan, and more. The three subscription lengths and the one-time purchase all carry exactly the same benefits.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends; you can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. JianYundong Pro – Yearly includes a 7-day free trial: if you do not cancel before the trial ends you will be charged $9.99 per year, and any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during it. JianYundong Pro – Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription: there are no further charges, no next renewal date, it does not appear in subscription management, and no free trial is offered. Prices on this page are indicative; the amount actually charged, in your local currency, is shown on the App Store checkout screen. Full terms: Terms of Use.
Plan names shown here match the ones displayed in the app and on the App Store.
Subscriptions and the one-time purchase are both billed through the Apple App Store; the amount charged is the one shown in your local currency on the checkout screen.
